Developer: offline AI and on-premises GPU systems
We build AI that runs on private, on-premises hardware. We are looking for developers who like hard problems and want to work on how AI runs without the public cloud.

What you will do
- Design and develop software for on-premises GPU-accelerated AI systems
- Build APIs, backend services and deployment pipelines for models
- Work on model optimisation (quantisation, LoRA, fine-tuning) and faster inference
- Connect offline language models to the tools a business already uses
- Work with hardware and operations colleagues to deliver complete systems
Who you are
- Comfortable in Python and at least one backend framework (FastAPI, Flask, Node.js or similar)
- Familiar with PyTorch or TensorFlow and GPU basics (CUDA, Triton)
- At home on Linux, with Docker/Kubernetes and DevOps practice
- Interested in model compression, fine-tuning and on-device inference
- Self-driven and curious. Hardware integration, edge AI or multi-GPU experience is a bonus

Our primary base is in Andaman & Nicobar. Hybrid work is possible for key roles; on-site roles get direct hardware access.
